Tool Hand – HDD (Fibre)
IronCreek HDD is pleased to announce that we are expanding and are currently looking for Tool Hand to join our team!
We are hiring tool hands with underground utility experience.
Job Duties:
· Help directional driller and/or locator.
· Ensure pipe is ready for pullback.
· Ensure you are wearing the correct type of PPE.
· Inspect equipment.
· Identify and remove unsafe or hazardous materials from job sites prior to each shift.
· Such other duties and responsibilities as IronCreek may reasonably assign to you from time to time.
Requirements:
· Class 5 driver’s license. Class 1 & 3 with air brakes an asset. Clean drivers abstract required.
· Experience around underground utilities and directional drills.
· Ability to operate backhoe and skid steer an asset.
· Fit to work long hours, weekends when required.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Adhere to both Safety Policy and Drug & Alcohol Policy.
Schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour negotiable with experience
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
